Chapter 77
They slowly undressed each other, and he laid her back on the bed. His mouth was on hers heatedly. Like he was starving for air and only she could give it to him. He kissed his way down her body. His mouth on her brought her to climax quickly.
“You are so talented with your mouth.” Sam gasped.
“It’s easy with someone you love.” Snake explained. Then he panicked.
“It’s ok.” Sam assured him. “I’m falling for you too. I think I have for a while. Never be afraid to voice your true feelings.”
“I do love you. For me it was love at first sight. But now? It’s so much more.” Snake replied.
“Show me Lucas.” Sam smiled.
He grinned back then entered her slowly but fully. It was a final feeling of fullness. Like two puzzle pieces that fit perfectly together. Finally, they both reached their climaxes.
“That was earth shattering.” Sam gasped.
“Mind blowing.” Snake whispered.
He held her afterwards for a while. Neither were wanting to move. But they finally had to get up and get cleaned up to go to eat. Snake ordered takeout and they sat at one of the tables in the main room eating.
“We still have something to discuss.” Sam replied.
“Oh? What’s that?” Snake asked.
“Living arrangements. You know I can’t move here. And it’s too much you trying to live with me and still run things here. I see how exhausting it is for you.” Sam sighed.
“I’ve thought about it. I was just waiting for you to give me the green light. I’d like to step down as Prez, move to your town, and join that charter. Prez was never something I wanted. At the time there was no one else to take over.” Snake explained.
“You’re sure?” Sam asked.
“Yep. Hawk? You want to step up as Prez?” Snake asked.
“Fuck no! Where you go, I go. You know I was only VP to have your back. Fuck this office shit!” Hawk replied.
They all laughed. Within a few weeks Snake had moved in with Sam and Hawk moved in with MaKenzie. Luckily, she hadn’t put in for a transfer yet. The guys joined Jax’s charter. They welcomed them into the club.Exclusive content © by Nô(v)el/Dr/ama.Org.
Smokey even told them he was glad they had joined. Snake opened up his own bike shop. He was also looking at a house that was between his shop and the clubhouse. It was also half a mile from Raine and Kim. Lately Snake noticed Sam being more withdrawn. He could tell something was bothering her.
“Ok beautiful, what’s bothering you?” He asked.
“I’m getting fat.” Sam sighed.
“No, you’re not. You’re pregnant. But that’s not it. So, tell me. You know you can tell me anything. No secrets remember?” Snake asked.
“I miss Adrian. I’m still scared of him cheating on me. But I’m more scared of losing him forever.” Sam sighed.
“It doesn’t change my feelings for you. And God knows what others would say. But I feel like there’s a part of us missing.” She explained.
“You’re still in love with him?” Snake asked.
“Yes. But I’m in love with you to.” Sam explained.
“I understand. You guys have history. You made a baby and were starting a family. I only want you happy and true to your feelings.” Snake replied.
“But could it work? The three of us? What would people say?” Sam whispered.
“Fuck what people say. If it’s what you want that’s all that matters.” Snake growled.
“But would you be ok with it?” Sam asked.
“Beautiful, I’m for whatever made you happy.” Snake replied.
“Call him. Ask him to come over and talk. See how he feels about it.” Snake suggested.
“What if he doesn’t love me anymore? What if he’s moved on?” Sam asked.
“Baby he’s still crazy about you.” Snake replied.
Sam picked up her cell. “Hey? Can you come over to talk?”
“Sure. Is everything ok with the baby? When?” Smokey asked.
“All is well. Whenever.” Sam replied.
“Is 30 minutes, ok?” He asked.
“It’s fine.” Sam agreed.
When Smokey arrived, Snake gave them privacy to talk. Sam and Smokey went in the living room and sat down.
“Is anything wrong?” Smokey asked.
“No. I mean yes. But not with the baby.” Sam rushed to explain. “Shoot. This is harder than I thought.”
“Usually, it’s best to just tell it like it is.” Smokey smiled.
Sam nodded. “I miss you. I still love you. God this is hard. Do you still love me?”
Smokey was shocked and didn’t quite know what to say.
“Adrian? Please say something.” Sam pleaded.
“And Snake?” He asked.
“I love him also.” Sam replied.
“He knows you still love me?” He asked.
“Yes. I’ve been totally honest with him about all my feelings.” Sam explained.
“How does he feel?” He asked.
“He wants me to be completely happy. And if that means being with both of you. then he’s completely on board with it. But the question is can you?” Sam asked.
He stood up and paced the room. He ran his hands through his hair. It’s a little longer than he normally wears it. Normally it’s buzzed and neat.
“This is the point when you tell me how you feel.” Sam explained.
He stopped pacing and walked over to her. He grabbed her hands and pulled her to her feet. His lips were on her instantly. He showed her just how much he had missed her.
How he was afraid to believe she’d take him back. His hunger and passion poured out in his kiss. After a few minutes he pulled away and rested his forehead against hers.
“I know I royally fucked up that night. I can only blame it on the alcohol and her messing up my head. But I promise it will never happen again. I won’t ever get drunk again. I’ll drink a beer or a few but I won’t get drunk you have my word on both.” He promised.
“I worked through the Jo situation and I can promise you I feel nothing for her and what I feel for you was so much more than what I ever felt for her. I know now what I felt for her was part infatuation and part lust of a teenage boy. But what I feel for you is love from a man. I’ve never loved or felt for anyone else the way I love you.” He explained.
“I worked through all my feelings which were mostly guilt and anger.” “But can you handle Lucas being in the picture?” Sam asked.
