Ex-husband, Please Respect Yourself

Chapter 162: You’re Addicted to Slapping Me

Chapter 162: You’re Addicted to Slapping Me

"You!" Marian got angry and slapped him over again.

Aaron stopped her easily. Squinting slightly, his voice was low and deep, "Marian, are you addicted to slapping me? I don't care about women, and so do you. Besides, you're not getting nothing. Cathy threatened you with video. Haven't you deleted the video?"

Marian shook off his hands, her eyes burning with anger and derision, "who do you think you are? You fooled me once and you want to do it again? Aren't you afraid I'll tell Cathy who you really are, so you won't be able to get close to her again?"

Aaron looked at her and frowned in disgust.

How did he ever cooperate with this stupid woman? Apart from being petulant, she has no intelligence at all.Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

"You think I did it for her?" The smile on his face could chill people to the bone. The dim light in the room blurred all the expressions on his face, such as haze, depressive and threatening.

"But I know you're targeting her. If you're still going your own way without using your mind. Marian, I'm sure your father won't be able to save you in the future."

When he finished speaking, he opened the door to leave.

Marian's pretty face darkened. Her fingers were clenched together at the side of her body.

Just a woman, she didn't believe she couldn't deal with her.

Aaron came out of the KTV and saw Cathy, who was getting out of the car with Tyrone, near the LT Company. He paused, stared at her for a few seconds, and then turned away.

He was not for her sake, not before, and not now. But he still wanted to get what he wanted.

Cathy entered the building and ran into Aaron, "you aren't working in the company?" she froze for a while, "why are you here?"

"Buy some morning tea for colleagues." Aaron lifted his bag in his hand. Then his face became serious. "Are you all right?" he asked.

Cathy changed her look. "Follow me," she said seriously.

The ground floor hall of the office building was the leisure area. Cathy took a seat at random. "You sit, too," she said.

Aaron cast a glance at her, put the bag on the table, sat down, and looked at her carefully, "Cathy, are you all right? It's not because I turned you over to Tyrone last night. Do you want to get me in the trouble now? Because then..."

"No!" Cathy interrupted him calmly. She paused for a few seconds. "I just wanted to ask you that do you remember what happened to me last night?" she asked.

Aaron rolled his eyes and blinked innocently, "didn't you have a fever?"

"Shit! Don't cheat me. I want to know the truth. The last person I saw was you, and you must know what happened." Cathy was staring at him.

Aaron's handsome face turned pale with fear. He hastily explained, "I followed you out last night, and you passed out without saying any words. I was shocked. I saw your face flush and I felt your body burning I thought you had a fever, so I sent you back to the room. Just when Tyrone called, I gave you to him."

When he finished speaking, he looked at her in bewilderment.

Cathy frowned and with her head tilted to one side, she asked, "nothing else? One second I was talking to you, and then I passed out. Drunk wouldn't faint so fast, and fever wouldn't faint like this. Didn't you have any doubt?"

Aaron seemed more puzzled. He folded his hands around his chest and asked curiously, "what do you suspect? It's not your first time, okay? I want to talk to you today. Why don't you confess to Mr.Brown. You can't have been sick all the time. You should take a vacation at home to nurture fetus."

"Cathy fell silent. She was speechless for a moment.
