Chapter 34
Chapter 34
Bumping Into His Arms Hearing this, they were a little stunned.
They had seen many famous doctors trying to treat the old master, but they never had someone request to take off the old master‘s clothes.
Andrius reacted first and asked cautiously, “Do you have to do this?” Rosalie glanced at him inexplicably. “I want to treat the old master, and clothes get in the way. Which one of you will be helping me? May I trouble you to hurry up.” For a moment, everyone in the room, including the medical team from before, looked at each other.
What kind of treatment required them to remove the patient‘s clothes?
Andrius hesitated for a bit before gritting his teeth and striding over.
Seeing her brother compromise, Andrea was anxious. “What kind of treatment is this? Why...”
She had just spoken halfway when Rosalie opened the medicine box she carried with her and took out a rustic, wooden box. In it was an object that looked similar to a scroll. Unfurling it, there were hundreds of silver needles, large and small, placed neatly in it.
Andrea was shocked by what was in front of her and choked on what she had wanted to say.
Rosalie carefully took out the silver needle she needed and disinfected them with alcohol. She did not register Andrea‘s words at all. They just went in from one ear before being thrown to the back of her mind in a blink of an eye.
In front of her, Andrius struggled to half–pull up the old master to lean against him. He stabilized the old man‘s body with one hand and took off his clothes with the other. The old man was not conscious at all
now, much less able to offer any cooperation.
Andrius‘ job was even more taxing because of this. Byron watched Rosalie who was sitting beside the hospital fixedly as she went through a series of actions. His gaze gradually deepened. Seeing Andrius struggle, he put Estie down on the floor and said to her, “Daddy is going to go help Uncle Andrius. Be good and don‘t run around.” Estie nodded obediently. She watched longingly as her daddy shuffled through the group and stood beside the bed. Without saying anything, he began helping Uncle Andy remove Old Man Quirke‘s clothes.
“Thank you, Byron.”
Andrius glanced at him gratefully. Byron nodded his head silently.
Rosalie also sensed that Byron had appeared by the bed and was shocked for a moment. She Content rights belong to NôvelDrama.Org.

quickly calmed down and focused on the silver needle in her hand. Soon, the old master‘s clothes had been completely removed. His body, which was mainly bones wrapped in skin, was revealed to the crowd. Rosalie had anticipated this and instructed the two in a deep voice, “Hold him steady. I‘m going to start putting the needles in.” Andrius nodded gravely. Rosalie glanced at him. Seeing that there was no reaction from him nor did he say anything, she took a deep breath and began to cautiously pierce the needles into the old master. A yell came from the room when the first needle went in. “What are you doing? How can you just prick this acupoint?” It was Andrea who spoke.. She came from a medical family. Although she was not familiar with acupuncture, she could tell that the spot where Rosalie had inserted a needle was very dangerous. There was a possibility of ordinary people dying from this, much less an old man whose body was weak at this time.
Andrea‘s expression tightened. She was rattled and angry. “If you don‘t know anything, don‘t mess around! Just what are you doing now? Are you trying to kill my grandpa?!”
With that, she violently shoved Rosalie.
Rosalie had heard her query but since she was pondering the position of the second needle, she did not take her seriously. She did not, however, expect Andrea to suddenly rush over. Pushed by her, Rosalie was caught off–guard. The impact on her body made her tumble sideways unsteadily. She ended up practically bumping into Byron‘s arms.
